Welcome to Recenter Community ("Recenter," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Recenter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your Account

• Eligibility: You must be an adult to create an account and use our services. Our platform is not intended for use by minors.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, post, or share on Recenter, including Articles, Listings, Directory Entries, Forum Topics, and all other materials ("Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the Content you create. By posting Content, you grant Recenter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your Content in connection with operating and providing the platform.
• Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content that you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your Content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to post Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms.

3. Community Guidelines & Platform Use

You agree to use Recenter in a manner that is respectful and supportive of our community of families and learners. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the platform.
• Use our contact system for spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

4. Content Moderation and Reporting

• Reporting: We provide a simple system for users to report Content that they believe violates our Terms or Community Guidelines. To report content, you must be logged into your account.
• Moderation: While we are not obligated to screen or monitor all user Content, we reserve the right to remove any Content at any time for any reason without notice. We will review reports and take action as we deem appropriate.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Service: The Recenter platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• User Interactions: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Recenter users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user. We encourage you to use caution and good judgment when interacting with others, particularly in offline meetups or transactions arranged through the platform.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Recenter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
